The circuit training format provides a killer workout in just 30 minutes and is popular for busy people searching for a workout that they don't have to schedule their lives around. With no class times and an instructor facilitating each workout, 9Round makes fitness fun and accessible.

As a Sales Associate, you will speak to prospective customers and work through potential objections and obstacles to bring new customers into the 9Round experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
Understand customer needs and requirements
Schedule in-gym consultations for customers
Participate in weekly and monthly training huddles

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

Above average skills with interpersonal communication and negotiation
Strong phone presence
Strong listening and presentation skills
Flexibility to call a lead within 5 minutes of them entering the system
Naturally outgoing and self-disciplined
Self-starter
Ability to work nights and weekends from 9am to 8pm

Part time with opportunity to grow to full time position.
